I walked in totally clueless, and it was Pam that guided me from beginning to end. I shopped for my proposal to my now-fiancé, who is very particular, and Pam gave me time over several visits to find the right style within my not-so-huge budget. Now, literally every person that sees it gives me huge kudos for finding such a unique ring that my fiancé is in love with. A major anxiety has turned into a major win, and even my fiancé has said that she’s so glad I chose this ring instead of her having to figure it out for herself. Pam, if you’re reading this, know that I mention you every time that a loved one ogles over it. Thank you Pam (and Jared) for making my proposal a perfect one, and for working with my budget and not overselling me!!

Savannah was amazing! I was so nervous to look at engagement rings and she put me at ease instantaneously. She took her time to figure out what I liked and showed me a variety of options until I was satisfied with my choice. The atmosphere was beautiful and Savannah made me shopping experience unforgettable! Truly an amazing experience I can't recommend her higly enough!

Ange did a phenomenal job in assisting me with a purchase. She took the time to show me multiple pieces and i never felt pressured. When I finally decided on an item, i realized it needed to be reduced in size and she arranged for the work to be done. The final piece is fantastic. I went to find an anniversary band and I also had a return. The manager was able to return the ring I didn’t like, even when the return was put in incorrectly. She made sure it was done after working on it for awhile. Shodair was so patience helping me find a ring I really wanted. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the right ring. But I would definitely go back and ask her to help me again. Every saleswoman at the store is wonderful! Hope to be back to find the ring I love ❤️
